Jo Edwards, Amanda Sandys and Jamie Gaw write for Family Law Journal

Jo Edwards, Amanda Sandys and Jamie Gaw have written for Family Law Journal contributing what will be a regular column focusing on family dispute resolution (DR).

The first article, entitled 'Family dispute resolution: a practitioners’ perspective' was published in November 2017 and discussed the challenges and opportunities presently facing family DR practitioners.

The second article, entitled 'Working with solicitors in mediation – a mediator’s perspective' was published in January 2018 and focussed on the difficulties that mediators and solicitors encounter when co-working in a mediated process and how those challenges can be turned into opportunities to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
