We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Legal

Associate/Senior Associate, Family (ideally 3 – 8 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor on a permanent and full-time basis for our renowned Family department. You will ideally have 3 – 8 years PQE from another top tier family firm and experience of working with HNW/UHNW clients. You will work on a variety of matters, financial and children-related, and you must have strong client relationship and inter-personal skills.


Associate, Banking & Finance (ideally 2 – 4 years PQE)

We would like to recruit a solicitor to join our successful Banking & Finance team on a permanent basis. You will ideally have 2 – 4 years PQE from another top tier firm. We need someone with real estate finance experience in particular. Lender and borrower experience would be ideal.


Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 3 – 5 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor on a permanent and full time basis for our renowned Commercial Real Estate department. You will ideally have 3 – 5 years PQE from another top real estate firm.


Associate / Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate (4 – 7 years PQE)

We would like to recruit a solicitor on a permanent basis for our renowned Commercial Real Estate department. You will ideally have 4 – 7 years PQE from another top real estate firm. We need someone with a particular focus on development work including experience of site assembly, development agreements, conditional sale contracts and options as well as experience with financing and disposals.


Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 8+ PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor on a permanent and full time basis for our renowned Commercial Real Estate department. You will ideally have 8+ years PQE from another top real estate firm. This role will require the applicant to be familiar with development related work.


Associate/Senior Associate, Construction (ideally 4 – 6 years PQE)

We would like to hire a construction solicitor on a permanent and full time basis. You will ideally have 4 – 6 years PQE. This role will focus on non-contentious matters.


Associate/Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution (ideally 2 – 4 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor on a permanent and full time basis. You will ideally have 2 - 4 years PQE from another top tier firm in London. This role will focus on general commercial litigation matters.


Associate, Planning (ideally 2 - 3 years PQE)

We would like to recruit a planning solicitor with ideally 2 - 3 years PQE to join our Planning department. This role is a ten month fixed term contract. We need a solicitor with all round knowledge of planning and highways law, especially in relation to s106 & s278 agreements and due diligence.


Associate, Residential Property (ideally 2 – 5 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor for our renowned Residential Property department. This role will sit in our Residential Developments team for an initial 12 month contract position. You will ideally have 2 – 5 years PQE. We need someone with experience of working in a busy residential property department and any exposure to residential developments work would be ideal. This team focuses on ‘plot sales’ or off plan properties.


Support

Graduate Recruitment Officer, HR

We would like to hire a Graduate Recruitment Officer on a permanent and full time basis. This role will predominantly focus on our graduate recruitment/training contract programme and also assist with other lateral hires. Experience in graduate recruitment is required. Legal sector experience is also desirable.


IT Service Desk Analyst, IT

We would like to recruit an IT Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis. You will be based in our Mayfair office with travel to our South Quay office. There is a shift rota in place and also for on-call weekend support. You must have experience of working in the legal sector.
