Commercial Real Estate
We would like to hire a solicitor to join our renowned Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 1 – 3 years PQE from another similar or city firm. You should have a good grounding in commercial real estate matters, particularly in relation to landlord & tenant, asset management and due diligence. Any experience working on sales, acquisitions and/or financings would be desirable. The workload will be varied and will provide the opportunity to act for a variety of clients including institutional investors, developers and lenders.
We would like to hire a solicitor to join our renowned Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 2 - 3 years PQE from another similar or city firm. This role will sit in our growing and well regarded ‘Corporate Occupiers’ team. You must have an excellent grounding in landlord and tenant and transaction due diligence, with experience acting for corporate tenants being desirable. The successful candidate must show an ability and enthusiasm to help grow our specialist practice area and make a mark within the sector.
We would like to hire a solicitor to join our renowned Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 3 - 5 years PQE from another similar or city firm. You will have relevant experience acting for institutions and larger corporate enterprises. You will need to show competence in dealing with landlord and tenant (as a matter of basic requirement), investment purchases with a multi-let focus/certificates of title/disposals along with having an eye for development (including advising on constraints and being commercially aware of practical issues and how to resolve them). You will also need to show competency in ESG and its application across the life cycle of an asset.
We would like to hire a Construction solicitor to join our successful Construction team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 1 - 8 years PQE from another top tier real estate firm. Please note that this role will solely focus on non-contentious construction matters.
We would like to hire a paralegal to join our successful Construction team on a 12 month contract. You must have experience in construction within private practice (this is essential). This role will focus on non-contentious work. You will also ideally have significant experience drafting, negotiating and managing signature of collateral warranties in favour of various categories of beneficiary. Experience with appointments would also be helpful.
We would like to recruit a Knowledge Development Lawyer for our Dispute Resolution team. This is a 12 month contract and part-time position on a 3 days a week basis. You must have experience of working within commercial dispute resolution ideally from another top tier firm. You will also support our Contentious Trusts & Estates team.
We would like to hire a solicitor for our renowned and top ranked Property Litigation team on a permanent and full time basis. You will ideally have 5 – 7 years PQE from another top tier/real estate firm. You will either have a focus on residential property litigation matters or exposure to both commercial and residential matters.
We would like to hire a Revenue Control Manager for our Finance team on a permanent and fulltime basis. This role will be based in our South Quay office. You will oversee and manage the firm’s Credit Control, WIP management and Billing functions. You will have experience of relevant revenue control and management experience from the legal sector. Some experience of system change management would be desirable.
We would like to hire a Junior Digital Manager for our Marketing & BD team on a permanent and fulltime basis. This role will be based at our London office in Mayfair (moving to Baker Street in the New Year). The Junior Digital Manager will work with the wider digital team to assist in the implementation of the firm’s digital marketing strategy. They will work across a portfolio of digital marketing channels and tactics such as content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media; identifying performance and looking at ways to improve engagement and integration, ensuring the greatest success and ROI. You must have relevant digital marketing experience from a professional services firm. Legal sector experience is very desirable but not essential.
Forsters is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant (ideally from within the legal/professional services sector) to support our Private Wealth practice. The practice consists of a wide range of teams including Tax, Trusts & Estates, Family, Contentious Trusts & Estates, Residential Property and Rural, Land & Business as well as other specialist groups.
The role will provide a broad range of experience and we are therefore looking for someone who is keen to apply their skills to BD, marketing and communications. We will provide training on the key platforms we use (Vuture, Introhive, InDesign and Passle) and will support your career development with access to in-house and external training, including (after successful completion of the three month probation period) the CIM.
We are looking to recruit a BD & Marketing Executive who would work with the Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Planning and Property Litigation Teams.
This role would provide a good next career step for someone with experience working for a professional services firm focused on real estate or someone from a real estate company, agent, investor, developer or operator. The role holder will have responsibility for driving action, devising and implementing marketing strategies and being the go-to resource for four of the teams’ sector groups (Later Living, Buy to Rent, Student Accommodation, Sustainability) plus the Planning team (a specialist group).
