Legal vacancies

Commercial Real Estate

Associate/Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 3 – 6 PQE)

We would like to hire a Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join our top ranked Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You must have relevant experience acting for institutions and developers. You will also have prior experience dealing with landlord and tenant and pre-lets and some experience of development work.


Construction

Associate/Senior Associate, Construction Litigation (ideally NQ – 7 years PQE)

We would like to hire two Construction Litigation solicitors to join our successful Construction team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have NQ – 7 years PQE from another top tier real estate/construction law firm. Please note that this role will focus on contentious construction matters.


Employment & Partnerships

Associate, Employment & Partnerships (ideally 1 - 3 years PQE)

We are hiring Employment solicitors to join our growing Employment & Partnerships team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 1 - 3 years PQE from a similar firm, employment boutique, city or regional firm. Experience in corporate and individual client work, including companies, family offices, partnerships, senior executives and partners is required. Experience of investigations is a plus but not essential.


Private Wealth

Senior Associate, Rural Land (Private Client), ideally 6 – 10 years PQE)

We would like to hire a solicitor for our top ranked Rural Land/Agriculture & Estates team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 6 – 10 years PQE. You must have relevant experience in all aspects of rural property/agricultural estates ideally from another top tier private client firm (including those based outside of London).


Support vacancies

Client Administrator

We would like to hire a Client Administrator on a permanent and full-time basis. You must have a background involving both billing and compliance.


IT Quality Assurance Engineer, IT

We would like to hire an IT Quality Assurance Engineer on a permanent and fulltime basis. You must have experience in Legal Practice Management implementation (Elite 3E Cloud or similar) as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role. Exposure with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or Katalon Studio required and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and test reporting tools needed. Experience of working in the legal sector is desirable.


Communications Manager

Forsters collaborative and friendly BD & Marketing team are looking to recruit an experienced Communications Manager. Working closely with the Director of BD&M, the Communications Manager will play a lead role on the firm’s internal and external communications strategy and execution. Included in this remit is raising and maintaining the firm’s profile and brand through effective media management, digital communication and other channels that support business development. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the BD&M team, firm’s leadership and providing strategic planning and editorial support to all parts of the business. Events Coordinator

Forsters collaborative and friendly BD & Marketing team are looking to recruit an Events Coordinator to support a busy and dynamic events programme. We host a diverse range of events throughout the year for both clients and staff and you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and evolve the events programme. Costs Draftsman

We would like to hire a Costs Draftsman to assist our various contentious departments on a permanent basis. You must have prior relevant experience. The role requires a hardworking individual with strong technical knowledge who is able to manage challenging priorities.


Revenue Assistant - Finance

Our Finance department are looking to hire a revenue assistant to join their busy and dynamic team. This role would involve dealing with day to day WIP including: filing write offs and transfers, file management, assisting fee-earners with timesheet management and much more.
