Management Board
Our Management Board is where our senior management discuss strategic, planning and operational issues and make the firm’s key operational decisions. It is chaired by our Managing Partner and its other members are those partners responsible for the management of our four internal groups (Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial, Disputes and Private Wealth) supported by those leading our business services functions.

Partnership and Strategy Board
Our Partnership and Strategy Board is responsible for setting long term strategy and overseeing the management of the firm as well as all matters relating to partners and the partnership, including reviews, remuneration, promotions etc. It is chaired by our Senior Partner and is made up of a group of elected partners representing the legal practice spread of the firm, the Managing Partner and an external adviser from time to time.

Risk management and compliance
This is the responsibility of the firm’s Head of Risk and Compliance, who reports to the Managing Partner and Management Board. The Head of Risk and Compliance’s remit covers conflict management, client acceptance, risk management, compliance, insurance and regulatory or legal issues facing the firm. We have robust conflict management processes in place and assess all new clients and matters.
