Lizzie is an Associate in the Rural Land and Business team.
She advises on high value rural property and agricultural transactions, including the purchase, sale, re-financing and wider management of country estates, houses and farms with both residential and commercial elements.
Lizzie has experience in dealing with the bespoke issues that are found on rural estates such as unregistered land, planning considerations due to listings, private water supplies, public rights of way and title covenants and restrictions.
She has a particular interest in diversification of land, specifically, renewable developments.
