Sarah is an Associate in the Rural land and business team.
Sarah’s work is divided into transactional and estate management covering agricultural, commercial and residential aspects dealing with significant, complex, and historic estates and farms, as well as country houses. Sarah has a particular interest in equestrian properties and having trained near Middleham, Sarah is experienced in buying, selling and leasing racing yards.
She has experience acting for landowners in negotiating agreements for development and renewables projects, including small-scale through to larger-scale schemes, with a particular focus on natural capital and biodiversity net gain.
Clients include UHNW and HNW individuals, such as estate owners in England and Wales.
Sarah was on the Northern Farming Conference Committee from 2021 until 2024 and continues to act for several clients in North Yorkshire, County Durham and Northumberland.
