He is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team, Head of Corporate Occupiers and Tenants, and Co-Head of the Studios Group. Glenn leads one of the few specialist legal teams in the UK that acts predominantly for tenants.
Having spent many years representing both institutional landlords and corporate tenants, Glenn has particular expertise in the negotiation of leases and pre-letting agreements. He and his team also advise on planning, construction and lease exit issues, as well as real estate tax and commercial contracts, providing clients with access to a broad range of legal expertise on real estate projects.
Glenn works closely with occupier sector leads across the major UK commercial agency practices, building strong professional relationships that support clients’ business objectives. His extensive experience enables him to provide advice tailored to the commercial and legal needs of occupier clients.
His clients operate across a wide range of sectors, including financial and professional services, advertising, publishing and pharmaceuticals. While much of his work is in the office sector, Glenn also has significant experience in the UK film and television studios sector.
