Sharon leads talent development within the Learning and Development team, supporting colleagues across the firm in developing their professional skills and progressing their careers. The team delivers a range of learning opportunities for all employees, including tailored development programmes and leadership training.
Sharon designs and delivers training programmes and works with external specialists to bring additional expertise to the firm’s learning offering. She collaborates closely with teams across Forsters to understand development priorities and identify opportunities to share knowledge and expertise.
In addition, Sharon provides one-to-one coaching and works with external coaches to support partner and team development. As part of the firm’s wider talent strategy, she supports initiatives that help attract, develop and retain talent, including mentoring programmes and the promotion of a strong feedback culture.
