Katherine has a background in complex real estate development work, specialising in “cradle‑to‑grave” schemes that take many years to assemble and build out. She deals with city‑centre and greenfield/brownfield sites, including industrial and logistics, office, film studios and mixed‑use schemes. She has a strong focus on sustainability.
She is an empathetic problem‑solver who takes a proactive and decisive approach to real estate developments. Putting commercial objectives first, she takes time to develop a big‑picture view of the priorities and concerns of clients and other stakeholders.
