Emily is a Partner in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious matters. She has a strong interest in the construction industry and enjoys supporting projects from inception through to completion. Emily takes the time to understand her clients’ priorities and objectives, enabling her to provide practical and commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Emily’s work centres on UK real estate developments, including the design and construction of new buildings and the refurbishment of existing assets, particularly in the logistics, sports, film, living and hotel sectors.
She drafts and negotiates both bespoke and standard form construction contracts. Where required, she develops tailored solutions that are practical, commercial and aligned with her clients’ objectives.
Emily’s clients include developers, funds, contractors and consultants active in the UK construction market.
