Thérèse Marie Rodgers

Thérèse Marie specialises in the avoidance and resolution of disputes on major construction, energy, oil and gas, hydropower, and infrastructure projects.

She has experience of providing advice to resolve ongoing project issues and advising and developing every facet of a dispute from inception to conclusion, including mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation.

Thérèse Marie advises owners, main contractors, and subcontractors from both the public and private sector on all types of construction disputes, including issues surrounding delay, disruption, variations, poor workmanship and/or negligent design, termination, final account, and professional negligence claims. She also gained client-side experience during secondment to a major oil and gas exploration and production company.

She qualified at international firm Gide Loyrette Nouel LLP in 2015 and gained experience in the International Dispute Resolution Group. She subsequently joined the Construction and Engineering Group at White & Case in 2016 where she spent seven years developing her practice.
