Jatin is an Associate in the Construction Disputes team. He works with a wide range of clients supporting them through the various stages of dispute resolution.
Jatin takes a practical and commercially focused approach, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and the wider context of each matter. He aims to provide clear, straightforward advice and to help clients resolve disputes in a way that supports their goals.
He has experience advising on a range of issues, arising both during and after project delivery on a wide variety of building types. His experience includes matters involving defects, fire safety and building safety issues, payment, delay, final accounts and contractual interpretation and has assisted clients in negotiations, adjudications, mediations and litigation proceedings.
He is committed to finding effective and proportionate solutions, whether through early resolution or formal dispute resolution procedures, and values building collaborative working relationships with clients throughout the process.
