- Advising an international hotel group on a multi-currency circa €230 million facility financing their hotel portfolio across multiple jurisdictions
- Advising Pluto Finance on a £44.5 million facility agreement to 4c Hotels Group in partnership with Regal London on its development of The Haydon, a residential development in central London
- Advising OakNorth on a £70 million land acquisition and residential development financing
- Advising a family office on multiple financings ranging from £15 million to £60 million secured against various London based offices and mixed-use assets
- Advising a family office in relation to the £16 million financing of a central London office involving an offshore element
- Advising a corporate group on a £485 million refinancing of a major and complex mixed-use development in the heart of the West End, the firm’s highest value refinancing to date
- Advising a central London estate on its London residential property portfolio financing of up to £30,000,000
- Advising a family office on a circa £95 million refinancing of its central London mixed-use property comprising of office space, residential units and a boutique hotel
- Acting for Hilltop on several residential development deals ranging from £10 million to £20 million
- Acting for a property investor on the £30 million financing of their regional office portfolio
- Acting for a borrower on the financing and eventual sale of a nationwide portfolio of petrol stations
- Acting for Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge on a £19 million development facility in relation to an industrial scheme in Bishops Stortford
- Acting for Q Investment Partners on the circa £47 million development financing of student accommodation
- Acting for a borrower on the £35 million financing with a private bank of a mixed portfolio of agricultural, industrial and residential land
- Acting for a BTR operator on the £20 million acquisition of two blocks of flats and the subsequent £12.5 million Islamic financing
- Acting for Knight Dragon in relation to multiple financings of various residential schemes through its redevelopment and regeneration of Greenwich Peninsula
