Rowena is a Partner in the Banking and Finance team, representing lenders and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border matters. She has particular expertise in real estate finance, advising on the investment and development of both commercial and residential property, as well as the financing of rural estates. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors, including residential development, retail, hotels, student accommodation, offices, life sciences, healthcare, later living and the private rented sector.
Outside real estate finance, Rowena has significant experience in acquisition finance, corporate finance, including asset-based lending, and fund finance.
Her lender clients include retail and private banks, challenger banks and alternative lenders. On the borrower side, she advises funds and institutional investors, corporates, high net worth individuals, trustees and family offices.
