Real estate finance

We are well versed in real estate finance offering unparalleled expertise in navigating the complexities of each real estate transaction. We provide tailored legal advice and support to both lenders and borrowers and regularly advise clients on both investment and development financing secured against the full range of real estate.
General lending

We advise clients (both individuals and corporates) on all of their general debt financing requirements including syndicated and bilateral loan agreements, intra-group loans, revolving facilities and security associated with such loans.
Acquisition finance

We provide expert advice to lenders, investors, management teams, and corporate borrowers on all aspects of corporate acquisitions, management buyouts and refinancings.
Specialty and asset-based finance

We advise borrowers and lenders on a diverse range of financings from bridge lending, borrowing base facilities, forward funding arrangements, loan on loan financings and specialty asset financings such as loans secured against valuable assets including vineyards and art collections.
