Hotel management agreement

Advised the owners of a prestigious mixed-use development in the City of London, on all associated areas and risks around a hotel management agreement. We also guided the owner, who had not previously been active in this sector, through the process of appointing a manager.

Negotiations with international hotel groups

Led the negotiations with international hotel groups in respect of a franchise agreement and a hotel management agreement for a client with wider business interests, of which the hotel business was a part. The transaction involved understanding the client’s business, both current and future, to ensure the documents provided sufficient flexibility.

Online luxury fashion marketplace

Advised an online marketplace operating globally in the luxury fashion space on its terms and conditions in conjunction with their tax advisers, taking into account all areas of VAT and tax reporting as well as the online marketplace rules.
