Partnership and LLP issues call for specialist advice. Our Employment and Partnerships team at Forsters is recognised for its expertise in this space and has a proven track record advising both individual partners and partnerships/LLPs, giving us a rounded understanding of the issues and pressures on each side.

We regularly act for clients in a range of industries, advising in the context of partnerships and LLPs of all sizes, from large, complex businesses in private equity, accountancy, consultancy, law and architecture, to smaller, less formal structures such as rural partnerships.
