Associate, Property LitigationAkshit is an Associate in the Property Litigation team and advises clients in relation to both commercial and residential disputes.
He has experience in business lease renewals, break notices, possession claims, lease terminations, rent arrears recovery and a variety of other landlord and tenant disputes. He has also acted in County Court and High Court proceedings.
Akshit works for a diverse range of clients including institutional investors and funds, office and retail clients, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
He read Law at King's College London, graduating in 2019. He has an LLM in International Commercial Law from University College London and completed his LPC at BPP University. He trained at Winckworth Sherwood LLP and joined the Property Litigation department at Forsters LLP on qualification in 2023.
