He advises on all matters across the commercial spectrum but with a particular focus on restrictive covenants and easements, telecoms, joint venture disputes, vacant possession strategies, termination or renewal of business tenancies, dilapidations, possession and forfeiture proceedings, and professional negligence claims.
Nick’s clients include institutional landlords, asset managers, pension funds, property developers, estates and everything in between across the commercial property field.
