Liberty is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Disputes team. She has a breadth of experience dealing with residential property matters including possession claims, forfeiture, service charge disputes and breach of long lease claims; acting for both landlords and tenants.
She regularly deals with professional negligence claims against both surveyors and solicitors relating to property and has extensive experience in this area. Her work also includes other property issues such as boundary and neighbour disputes, Party Wall etc Act issues, nuisance claims including obtaining injunctive relief to protect various property rights.
Liberty’s particular expertise is in advising and representing London Landed Estates in respect of general estate management issues.
