Sarah has a broad range of residential and mixed use property litigation experience, including service charge disputes, possession and trespass matters, breaches of covenant issues, as well as real property disputes such as covenant modification.
She is used to dealing with cases at every level – recently assisting the successful residents in the Fearn and others v Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery Supreme Court appeal.
A key member of the Building Safety team, Sarah’s practice is increasingly focussed on building safety related matters in which she acts regularly for building owners, landlords, developers and leaseholders. She has acted in one of the first Remediation Order applications made pursuant to the Building Safety Act 2022.
