Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally NQ – 2 years PQE)

We would like to hire a Commercial Real Estate solicitor to join our successful Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have NQ – 2 years PQE from another top tier real estate firm. You will ideally have some experience of mixed use/residential developments, acquisitions and disposals and commercial lettings.

What sort of work?

• We would like to hire a solicitor to join our renowned Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and full-time basis.
• You will ideally have NQ – 2 years PQE from another similar, real estate or City law firm.
• You will have ideally some experience of mixed use/residential developments, acquisitions and disposals and commercial lettings.
• This role will focus on one particular large housing association client, therefore any experience in the social housing sector would also be beneficial but not essential.
