An experienced commercial litigator described by directories as a “stand-out individual” (Legal 500 2026), Caroline has been recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the last four editions of Legal 500, having been previously recognised as a ‘Rising Star’.
Caroline regularly leads on complex international and offshore disputes, with particular expertise in advising on joint venture and shareholder disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing (including obtaining urgent injunctive relief), and general contractual and supply chain disputes. She has acted as an expert witness in connection with foreign legal proceedings, leading on arbitrations including under the LCIA, SCC, ICC and LMAA Rules, and has also spearheaded cases (including group claims) funded by litigation funders and supported by ATE insurance.
Harnessing her depth of cross-border expertise, Caroline’s clients include high net worth individuals, family offices and family owned / operated businesses, trustees and trust companies, banks, corporates, directors, private equity houses and insolvency practitioners. With a significant international and offshore focus across her practice – complemented by Caroline’s years practising in Jersey – her experience as Global General Counsel to an international Trust and Company Service Provider means clients receive nuanced commercial and legal advice in the face of high-stakes litigation.
Caroline brings energy, dedication and tenacity to all disputes on which she acts, providing incisive strategic advice to leverage from all available pressure points. She is incredibly responsive and provides a gold standard client service together with exceptional litigation acumen.
