Madeleine is an Associate in our Trust and Estate Disputes team.
She acts for a wide range of UK and international clients including high net worth individuals, trustees and professionals. She has advised on a range of trust and estate claims, including rectification and rescission applications, trustee removal, issues relating to capacity and charity law. Madeleine has experience acting in the English Courts and in offshore jurisdictions, including the BVI, Guernsey, The Bahamas and the Cayman Islands.
Madeleine joined Forsters in August 2024 from Macfarlanes LLP where she trained and qualified as a solicitor.
