Patrick Harney to speak at Vie International’s Private Placement Life Insurance Conference

Head of Private Client, Patrick Harney, will speak at Vie International Financial Services’s inaugural Private Placement Life Insurance Conference on 20 September 2018 at the RAC in London. 

Patrick will deliver a presentation on ‘The use of ILITs/trust planning to keep life insurance out of the US and UK taxable estate’ alongside Chris McLemore, Attorney at Butler Snow UK. The presentation will discuss topics including designing life insurance trusts and the use of trusts to hold US life insurance policies for UK residents. The conference aims to create more awareness in the international advisor community on the use of PPLI and life insurance, and the speakers are some of the top international advisors working in the US/UK UHNW private client world.
