Emma Collison
Senior Associate, Commercial Real EstateEmma is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team.
She acts for a range of clients including institutional investors, private companies, property funds, retailers and corporate occupiers on a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions and disposals of commercial sites of varying use classes. She also undertakes landlord and tenant work for both landlord and tenant clients; managing a variety of asset management matters.
Emma studied Biomedical Science at The University of Sheffield and completed the GDL and LPC at The University at Law. On qualification she joined King and Wood Mallesons, and following its administration in January 2017, joined Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP. She joined Forsters in 2019.
