Evy is an Associate in the Corporate team.

She has experience advising clients on general corporate matters, capital raising, statutory buy-backs of company securities, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and private company acquisitions and disposals across multiple jurisdictions and in a broad range of sectors, including information technology, radio communications, pharmaceuticals, hotels, automotive, construction and education.

Evy qualified as a lawyer in New South Wales Australia and trained and qualified at Hogan Lovells International LLP in Sydney where she was a member of the firm’s corporate team before joining Forsters in January 2023.
