Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate

Holly is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Real Estate team.

She has extensive experience of a broad range of commercial real estate matters including development, investment, management and landlord and tenant work.

Holly advises on all aspects of the lifecycle of a property, from the initial acquisition, through to the day-to-day asset management stages of the investment and then the ultimate realisation of the investment at the disposal stage.

She acts for a variety of clients ranging from tenant occupiers (including high street brands) to institutional investors such as Landlords of major shopping centre developments.

Prior to joining Forsters in May 2022 Holly spent 13 years working in the real estate teams of two major city law firms.
