Robert Malaney
Senior Associate, Commercial Real EstateRobert is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team.
He has experience across a wide range of real estate transactions including development projects, forward fundings, acquisitions and disposals, commercial lettings (acting for both landlords and tenants) and real estate finance, with a particular focus on development work. He also advises on corporate real estate matters.
Robert’s clients include institutional funds, landed estates and developers.
He graduated from Durham University with a BA in Politics and with a MA in History from Cambridge University. Robert trained at Macfarlanes LLP, qualifying in 2017. While at Macfarlanes, Robert gained in-house experience on secondment at Legal & General Capital where he worked on regeneration schemes in the “life sciences” sector.
Robert joined Forsters in 2024.
