Sophie Togwell
Associate, ConstructionSophie is an Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
She advises a variety of clients in drafting and negotiating amendments to JCT forms of building contract, professional team appointments and collateral warranties. Sophie also has experience in carrying out due diligence in relation to the sale and purchase of various types of real estate assets.
Sophie has previously acted for a wide variety of clients in the construction sector including developers, funders, purchasers, and sellers.
She graduated with a law degree from the University of Warwick in 2017. She completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP, before completing her training and qualifying at Herbert Smith Freehills in 2020. Sophie joined Forsters in August 2022.
