Vicky is a Senior Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
She is experienced in drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional team appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements and security documents. Vicky also acts for funders and borrowers on development financings and advises on the construction aspects of the sale and purchase of various types of real estate assets.
Vicky advises a variety of clients including developers, funders, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Her clients operate across a wide range of sectors including commercial offices, retail, hotels and leisure, residential and student accommodation.
