Zain is an Associate in the firm’s Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction law.
He has experience with advising a variety of clients, including developers, funders, tenants and purchasers, in various matters. These include preparing and negotiating JCT forms of building contract, professional team appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements and security documentation.
Zain joined Forsters in September 2024 after having completed his training at Freeths.
