Richard advises on all types of construction documentation for developments and refurbishments, as well as transactions involving acquisitions and disposals.
He has particular expertise in residential, student accommodation and hotel projects, acting for developers and investors. He also has extensive experience advising on retail and office developments.
Richard enjoys working on complex development projects that involve collaboration across multiple disciplines, particularly Commercial Real Estate and Banking and Finance. He is known for building long-standing client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice that supports clients’ objectives.
Richard has particular expertise in building safety matters and is valued by clients for his commercial approach, technical expertise and understanding of the wider issues affecting development projects.
