Jen is an Associate in the Construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction matters. She advises clients on construction projects across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in the retail, residential, student accommodation, and sports and leisure sectors.
Her work includes the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and other construction documentation. Jen advises on both development and refurbishment projects, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide practical, commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of a project.
