Yasmin advises on a wide range of corporate tax issues arising on real estate transactions, corporate transactions and reorganisations, and employee incentives. She also supports clients facing tax enquiries and investigations by HMRC.

She has a great commercial sense and likes to provide practical and concise advice to clients which can be readily implemented.

Yasmin’s clients include UK and international businesses and high-net worth individuals and executives. She speaks fluent Farsi and understands the business culture in Iran, making her well placed to help those with business interests in Iran and across the middle east.

She trained at a City firm and joined Forsters on qualification in September 2023. Prior to training as a solicitor Yasmin was a political advisor in Parliament and in the Cabinet Office where she was appointed a Special Advisor by a former Prime Minister.
