Forsters act on Network Portfolio Sale

Forsters has advised Brookshire Capital LLP on the portfolio sale of three single let south east industrial assets.

The properties, located in Croydon, Rochester and Ashford, have a combined passing rent of £602,244. 265 Godstone Road, Croydon comprises a self-contained trade counter warehouse, let to Saint Gobain Building Distribution Limited. The Rochester property comprises a self-contained warehouse, let to Key Promotions (UK) Limited, with the Ashford asset let to SIG Trading Limited.
