Forsters advise Cubex on Bristol office development with drone landing pad

Forsters have advised Cubex, funded by long term client of the firm Fiera Real Estate, on their 116,000 sq ft Bristol office development, Halo. The office is now substantially pre-let to law firm Osborne Clarke.

Fund manager Fiera Real Estate has provided the finance for Cubex for this next phase of the Finzels Reach development in the City, following their successful partnership on the first phase.

This office with a drone landing pad is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding accreditation to meet the toughest new sustainability assessment criteria.

Cubex were advised by Commercial Real Estate partner Victoria Towers and she was assisted by senior associates Emma Kennedy and Jade Capper.
