Forsters advise on retail scheme at 35 Marylebone High Street, W1

Forsters recently advised a fund managed by Aberdeen Standard Investments in relation to three retail tenancies, to fully let the recently redeveloped scheme at 35 Marylebone High Street.

The Royalton Group purchased the circa 56,000 sq. ft. of property at 35 Marylebone High Street from the fund in 2014, under a sale and leaseback arrangement for the retail space, comprising over 4,000 sq. ft. The mixed use development, comprises luxury residential, apartments, townhouses and high end retail space.

American Vintage, Poetry and Rituals have all signed 10 year leases, to add to the already vibrant retail landscape on Marylebone High Street.
