Forsters advise on strategic industrial letting

Forsters has advised clients of Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP ("Rockspring") in relation to the letting of a newly refurbished storage and distribution unit to haulage and logistics specialists, PRS Distribution Limited.

The unit, in excess of 45,000 sq ft, is located on a prime industrial site on Horton Road in Poyle within the well-established industrial and logistics market in close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. PRS Distribution has taken a 10 year lease of the unit at an annual rent of £451,120 p.a.

Senior Associate Hannah Rickard advised on the letting. Forsters also advised on the acquisition of the site earlier this year.
