Forsters is attending the IBA Annual Litigation Forum 2019

Dispute Resolution partner, Andrew Head and associate, Edward Parry-Smith will be attending the IBA Annual Litigation Forum in Berlin, Germany on 8-10 May 2019.

The conference, entitled IBA Annual Litigation Forum: Disruption in Litigation – New Types of Disputes in a New World Order will explore topics such as: The effect of protectionism and other geo-political forces on litigation; Collective redress; Litigation game theory; and Blockchain/cryptocurrency litigation.
