Forsters has advised Janders Dean on prolific M&A deal

British legal management consultancy Janders Dean, represented by Forsters, has been acquired by Morae Global for an undisclosed fee.

Janders Dean is the market leading legal advisory company, operating across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The deal establishes a UK-based legal advisory practice group for Morae to assist in meeting growing global demand and enhance their international offering. The UK team will complement Morae’s existing US-based advisory team and will assist clients with legal spend management, resource management, process and policy enhancement, and technology and knowledge service transformation. Completing the transaction during lockdown was a particular achievement.

Commenting on the acquisition, Janders Dean Founder Justin North said, “This is an extremely exciting deal that opens up a range of opportunities for our team and clients, who stand to benefit from the scale and coverage of Morae’s impressive global operations.”

Head of Corporate, Craig Thompson, and Employment Senior Associate, Joe Beeston, advised on the deal.
