Forsters advises Rockspring on Milton Keynes development funding

Forsters has acted on behalf of a Fund managed by Rockspring Property Investment Managers in relation to the £12.27m forward funding of a supermarket development in Milton Keynes. Frontier Estates is Rockspring's development partner for the project. 

The 38,000 sq ft foodstore scheme is pre-let to Sainsburys Supermarkets on a 25 year lease. Construction works are due to start on site shortly with completion of the development anticipated in Spring 2014.

Commercial Property partner Magnus Hassett led the Forsters team advising on property matters with partner Sarah Cook providing construction advice. Frontier Estates was advised by Marcus Blick of the Wilkes Partnership.
