Jo Edwards speaks at Edinburgh conference about family law reform
Head of Family, Jo Edwards, gave a presentation to around 200 delegates from England and Wales, Scotland, Ireland and Northern Ireland, about decades of family law reform, the current environment and hopes for the future.
As Chair of Resolution’s law reform committee, Jo focused especially on initiatives around no fault divorce, cohabitation and civil partnerships. Jo sat on a panel which included a Scottish Law Commissioner, a High Court judge from Northern Ireland and a Silk from Ireland.
