Forsters acts on letting of prestigious Michelin House

Commercial property assistant Ruth De Maupeou has acted on behalf of private equity firm Bregal Investments LLP on the letting of the third and fourth floors of landmark building Michelin House on Fulham Road, London.

The distinctively-styled Grade II listed property comprises office, retail and restaurant space and is also home to the Bibendum Restaurant and Oyster Bar.

In addition to re-letting the existing space occupied by Bregal Capital LLP, Bregal Investments has expanded its presence in the building, moving into further premises on the fourth floor.

The landlord, Michelin House Development Limited, was represented by Boodle Hatfield LLP.
