Rockspring and Bell Hammer complete Stanza Building letting

Forsters has advised a fund managed by Rockspring Property Investment Managers and development partner Bell Hammer on the letting of the whole of the 82,400 sq ft Grade A office building, the Stanza Building in Uxbridge at a rent psf of £32. 
 
The speculatively developed building, which reached practical completion in November 2012, has been let to a significant covenant being a subsidiary of a national oil company. The tenant has taken a 12 year lease of the waterfront development, to which they will relocate their UK headquarters.
