Regent Street Partnership acquires three West End assets
Forsters has acted on behalf of key client, The Crown Estate, on the acquisition of three central London properties, for a combined purchase price of £120 million.
The Regent Street Partnership, a 75% - 25% partnership between The Crown Estate and Norges Bank Real Estate Management, has acquired the three properties at 263-269 Oxford Street, 3-5 Swallow Street, 1 Princes Street and 6 Swallow Place and 2 – 4 Princes Street. Together the assets comprise 24,000 sq ft of retail space and 30,000 of office space.
