Rockspring acquires eye-opening central London office asset
Forsters has advised clients of Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP, a Patrizia company, in relation to the purchase of a mixed use office and hospital building in a prime location near to Old Street, London EC1. The building is fully let to the leading provider of eye health services in the UK, the Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The 23,158 sq ft asset, which stands on the corner of Bath Street and Cayton Street, London EC1, is an attractive warehouse-style property. The acquisition price was in the region of £17.3 million.
