Rockspring complete sale of Stanza building

Forsters has advised a fund managed by Rockspring Property Investment Managers on the sale of Grade A office building, the Stanza Building in Uxbridge, to NFU Mutual Insurance Society for £43.075 million. 

The sale follows the recently completed letting of the whole of the 82,400 sq ft waterfront development to Nexen Petroleum UK at a rent psf of £32 on a 12 year term. 

The building was speculatively developed by the fund in partnership with developer Bell Hammer and reached practical completion in November 2012. 

Commercial Property partner Smita Edwards led the Forsters team, assisted by Amy France and VanWyck Johnson. NFU were advised by Malcolm Headley of Lawrence Graham assisted by Hannah Gates.
