Emma White to speak at STEP USA webinar re: The Use of Foundations and Trusts in Private Wealth Succession Planning

Private Client Partner, Emma White, will be participating as an expert panellist in a STEP USA webinar to discuss the use of foundations and trusts in private wealth succession planning.

With an esteemed panel consisting of private wealth professionals across Europe, this webinar session will offer an overview of the characteristics of (and the similarities and differences between) foundations under civil law and trusts under common law. A case study will then consider the tax consequences of using foundations and trusts under the laws of Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the UK and the US, with special focus being given to their use in the US.
