Forsters act on Warner Bros. lease renewal

Forsters has advised Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited in relation to the renewal of the lease of their central London offices at Warner House, 98 Theobalds Road WC1.

Commercial property assistant Ruth de Maupeou acted on behalf of Warner Bros. The landlord, MT Property Investments LLP, was represented by David Sinclair of Norton Rose.
