British Airways Pension Fund buy in Liverpool

Forsters has recently advised British Airways Pension Fund (BAPF) on the acquisition of 20 Chapel Street Liverpool for £18.6 million.

Located on the iconic Liverpool waterfront, the mixed office and retail building is anchored by Liverpool FC, who currently occupy 3 floors. Other tenants include Ernst & Young, Barclays Bank and Police Mutual. Investment manager Canmoor will provide strategic advice and management services to BAPF.

The Forsters team was led by Commercial Real Estate partner Andrew Crabbie, assisted by Lizzie Chapple, Katlyn Wilson and Katherine Ochynski. Head of Construction, partner Sarah Cook advised on construction matters, assisted by Alastair Robertson.
